Banjole

Our captain Antonio takes us to an absolute top diving spot in just a few minutes by diving boat. The island of Banjole is characterized by beautiful caves and grottos, some of which can be seen from the surface.

Various terraces and plateaus extend around the island. Here we can find large spider crabs hiding on the rocks, and in the crevices we can see octopuses, scorpion fish and congas.

After the terraces, we head into the first cave. This is located at a depth of 12 m and the incoming sun creates a wonderful play of light. The walls are overgrown with crustacean anemones and shrimps dance on the walls. Our diving torches break through the darkness, another cave lies right next to it at 8 meters. In the third cave we are at a depth of around 5 meters, where we have the opportunity to dive through a collapsed cave ceiling in the heart of the island. Afterwards we dive out at the exit of the cave on the slope.
