Payment terms and conditions
Please transfer the participation fee for training courses or costs for a planned diving package immediately upon receipt of the invoice. If payment terms are not met, we reserve the right to enforce our rights out of court through a lawyer or collection agency, as well as the option to enforce them in court. We are entitled to charge the costs necessary and reasonable for the appropriate prosecution. Except for separate agreements (in writing).
Cancellation fee dive package / course
In the event that you are unable to attend, a written cancellation is required in both cases. Planned dive packages are free of charge up to two weeks before the first dive. Up to 7 days in advance, 50% of the invoice amount must be paid in full.
For training courses: Course parts or sections must be canceled 48 hours before the start of the event, otherwise cancellation fees may apply.
Right to cancel
If an event is booked via distance selling, in particular by telephone, fax, e-mail or internet (online form), the participant, as a consumer within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), has a statutory right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Selling Act (FAGG) within 14 calendar days of conclusion of the contract. This does not apply to events that begin within these 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract. The withdrawal deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the deadline. You can therefore withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract without giving reasons by sending a written declaration of withdrawal (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail). It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within this period (the decisive date is the date of the date of the postage receipt). Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays count.
